The flowchart below explains the lifecycle of an article throughout the publishing journey. Generally, there are three actors in the workflow, the system, a writer, and a reviewer. Depending on your needs you may adjust your workflow as needed, however the system events which automatically change document states cannot be adjusted at this time.
